Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your UNI Lifestyle purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos and your order number.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for an approved return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund is approved.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
